Cancellation Policy

- Please come to your appointment timeously. We value the booked time with you.
- A 48 hour confirmation whatsapp/call or email will be sent to you. Kindly confirm your appointment.
- 24 hour cancellation policy:

  • Bookings must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. If this is not done, a booking fee of R500 will be required to be payable.

  • If there is a no show on the appointment day, a booking fee of R500 will be required to be payable.

  • If a second booking is made, the client will be required to pay the full treatment price. If the final price is unknown, we will provide a close estimated price to be made. If there is a no show, or the second appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours again, the client will forfeit the treatment amount paid.

  • Payment secures bookings with respect to the points above regarding the cancellation policy. If there is no payment, a booking cannot be made.

- Please inform us if you are running late. If we do have other clients, time will be deducted from your treatment time.
- Dr H Medical Aesthetics will not be held liable for any injuries, theft or accidents whilst on the premises.
- Dr H Medical Aesthetics cannot guarantee any product or treatment results.
